What's Covered:

• Accidental damage (water damage, drops, cracks, wear & tear)

• Manufacturing defects (Outside of Standard Warranty)

• Battery or electronic failure

What’s Not Covered:

• Lost or stolen units

• Intentional damage or misuse

Coverage Period:

• Begins on date of purchase

• One-time replacement per plan period

• Automatically renews -- Cancel any time.

How a Claim Works:

1. Use the contact form or email us info@cyber-tone.com

2. Include:

   • Original order number

   • Photo or video of damage

3. Ship damaged unit to Cyber-Tone

4. We will repair or replace with the same or newer model

Shipping Policy

• Customer is responsible to ship to Cyber-Tone

• Cyber-Tone covers shipping back

• There is a $19 service charge for orders outside the US
