What’s Covered:

• Accidental damage (water damage, drops, cracks, wear & tear)
• Manufacturing defects (after the 30-day money back guarantee window)
• Battery or electronic failure

What’s Not Covered:

• Lost or stolen units
• Intentional damage or misuse

Coverage Period:

• Coverage begins on your purchase date
• One covered replacement per annual plan period
• Renews annually. Cancel anytime.

You can cancel anytime before your renewal date through your account or by contacting us. If your plan renews and you have not filed a claim, the renewal charge is refundable within 30 days.

How a Claim Works:

1. Use the contact form or email us at info@cyber-tone.com
2. Include:
   • Original order number
   • Photo or video of damage
3. Ship the damaged unit to Cyber-Tone
4. We will repair or replace it with the same or a newer model

Shipping Policy

• You pay shipping to Cyber-Tone; we cover shipping back to you
• A $19 service charge applies to orders outside the US
